She also has experience in managing large global teams, managing functions, customer service and operations in large companies and startups. Shubha is an expert in Managing Change and Transformation. She is familiar with all aspects of organization development and has extensive experience and exposure to developing and implementing programs, which make a significant impact to the business and the individuals.
Shubha has more than three decades of experiences and has worked in diverse industries, in several domains and functions. She started her career with Advani Orlikon, Blue Star, and Escorts & then later served at leadership roles with Motorola, Dell, Thomson Reuters & TCS. In these roles, She has helped in accelerating change, Setting up Captive Centre’s, Driving large scale process quality improvement programs (ISO, CMM, CMMI), Technology Integration programs, to name a few. She has also played an instrumental role in creating learning strategy, as well as facilitating organizational effectiveness initiatives globally.
Since August 2015 Shubha has been an entrepreneur in the space of leadership development & Process improvement consulting. She has been actively involved with coaching senior executives, helping startup organization with process quality initiative, designing soft skill workshops, assessing Action Learning Programs for corporates.
